Return, Refund and shipping Policies

Unless items ordered are on a pre-order or back order, all purchased items will be processed and shipped out within the week of purchase.

ALL returns will receive store credit rather than a refund.

You have 14 days to return an item for store credit only. If the return is past the 14 days, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.  All returns and exchanges must have the original tags, be unused, and in the same condition as it was purchased. Certified Classy Creations Boutique reserves the right to reject the return if the item is damaged upon return due to improper packaging. Certified Classy Creations Boutique is NOT responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen products in the shipping process.
